Smores!

The kids love to have a fire and roast smores in the backyard. This was the end of April so it was still a little cold. They are still perfecting the roasting part and I suggest not to give a roasting stick to a 2 year old.

I also love smores, but I stumbled onto the ultimate smores by accident on a scout camp a year or two ago.

You use Voortman soft "turnover" cookies instead of graham crackers and they turn out so soft and chewy. Amazing!
