My FIRST ever wedding cake. I don't like to brag, but I think I did ok! We had Young Women in Excellence so I was able to use my skillz to make a cake for our "wedding reception" decor. It was fun to do, but a little time consuming.
Don't mind the 2 flowers that fell off. :) We used some hymn books to prop the cake up and those two flowers got pushed off. I used my emergency frosting to do a quick fix but came back later to find they weren't sticking (I think because there was so much frosting on it already). Thanks to Sheryl for the pics! I, of course, forgot my camera to take any of the finished product.
A side note: I'm sad because our ward just went through new changes on Sunday. Our ward was split and so I'm no longer in the YW! Cross my fingers they put me back in. I'll miss everyone who was split to go in the other ward!!

Oh WOW! That cake is gorgeous! I love the flowers. You should brag; you did a great job.
That's too bad about not being in Young Womens. I hope they snatch you back up.
That looks great! I'm sure that took a lot of time!
The cake turned out GREAT! Nice work, seriously you should be bragging it up!!
Jme's cake is going to rock
That cake is beautiful! brag away! ....so it was a WARD split....dang those are hard to adjust to and they'd be crazy to not get you back in YW. :)
Charise this cake looks great! You are amazing at baking!
That is AWESOME! You have a serious talent - maybe you should go into business with Sarah and do like 6 cakes a year for fun! I love the flowers and maybe I'm blind, but I couldn't even tell where the two fell off.
We're so excited to be back in the ward with you again. I hope you stay in YW, too!
I am impressed. You've got skill!
I'll miss you guys at least we can see each other dropping off the girls at school! lol, PS The cake looks awesome!
You did such a great job on that cake. I think I need to take the same class you and Sarah took. It looks amazing.
