He's arrived...
OK, I know this is way late (a month late to the date) but I thought I would share some details about CJ's special day. We had just gotten through Little A's special day and had no idea that he would be coming the next day! I was feeling so good on her day (the contractions had subsided a bit) that I thought for sure I would be going until my scheduled inducement date (6/4). I woke up around 1am the morning of the 2nd and started feeling the contractions again. This time they were stronger and timeable again. I sat in bed and timed them for a good 45 minutes before waking up the hubby. I'd been through this before and figured I wouldn't make him lose anymore sleep over it. Once I did wake him up, we sat and debated on if we should go in or not. It would be the THIRD time. We called the mom-in-law, whose so awesome to come over at 2:30 in the morning to watch the girls. When we arrived I had progressed to a 4 so they were keeping me! (yeah!!) I was settled into a room and the walking began. I walked and walked and walked... If I stopped walking the contractions weren't as hard so I kept walking. My Mom was there with me and we were joking that they needed treadmills with TV's so we had something to look at. We were stuck to one floor and not much action was happening that early in the morning. By this time we had seen the switching of the guard (nurse changes) and was back in the room to see the doctor. He was going to come in and break my water to speed things up. Turns out the baby was still high and they didn't want to break it due to cord prolapse so they wanted to wait. More walking...
So finally around 9:45am or so my water broke. Luckily I had just come back into my room so it wasn't out in the hallway :) I was at a 6 at that time and things were moving along pretty quickly after that. CJ arrived at 10:37 am, nice and healthy! (8 lbs, 8 oz.-22 inches)

Birthday cont...
I forgot to post this video of one of Little A's birthday presents. She got a bubble machine that the kids totally loved. Brutus couldn't get enough of the action either.

She's three??

We celebrated Little A's birthday the first of June. I can't believe she is three! She is our little mischievous girl who has grown to be a best friend to M&M. It's great how well they play together (not so much, fighting together) and get along. She can be a real sweety when she wants and has the biggest vocabulary of any 2 and now 3 year old. I wish I had some examples at the moment.
Since I was 9 months pregnant I didn't feel the need to do a big party for her. She was happy to celebrate it wherever. We had a fun, family get-together and enjoyed cupcakes and watched her open presents. She had her shy moments since all the attention was on her, but loved every minute of it!

Fun weekend...
Memorial day seems so long ago, but here is a little of what we did.
- Started the day with pancakes!
- BBQ at the park (free!)
- Played in the water fountains
- Saw the rooster tail at Lucky Peak
- Quick stop at the factory outlets
- BBQ'd some burgers in the pouring rain
Catching up!
Wow...it's been awhile since either of us blogged! Sheesh..have a third child and we just disappear :) My goal this week is to catch up and get some pictures up of our new "CJ"! It's been great having another little one around and so much fun having something to cuddle with. So here's to catching up with all our happenings in the last 4 weeks and keeping caught up! *fingers crossed* Stay tuned...

Better early than on time...

At 8 days ahead of schedule Cameron was born into the world on June 2nd (I know, I know, it's a little delayed). He actually wanted to come out on Sunday but since that is little-A's Bday he decided to make his debut the following day. He makes a pretty good pirate face. The stats are:
Born 10:37 am
Height 22 inches
Weight 8.8 lbs
Mommy and baby are doing well.
